Showcase four: Model Arctic Council as a simulation of diplomacy in the North

 

In the first video, Anthony Speca of Polar Aspect explains the context of the Model Arctic Council to students and sets out some of the challenges faced by all diplomats, and especially those of the Arctic Council. 

In the second video, Bridgit Larocque, a Canadian Metis leader and negotiator, briefs students on Indigenous perspectives for their Model Arctic Council simulation.
